HOW TO USE THESE RESOURCES

Here is a list of some of the websites that I have found extremely helpful in the early stages of this journey.  Not all will apply to everyone, I hope you find something that will encourage or inspire you to stay strong.  This list is not exhaustive, but it will give you a place to start.

Feeding the bunnies was a huge part of my daughter’s recovery.  We found a large group of feral rabbits that she “adopted” and went and fed every single day.  She began to realize that she fed them because she cared for them, in the same way that I was feeding her because I cared for her.  It became a lightbulb moment for both of us, and hence the bunny pictures scattered throughout.
